Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to deliver breakthrough products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI and Predictive Modeling to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks regarding AI ethics and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
