Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead architectural decisions for Large Language Model (LLM) deployment and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- Define best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Drive technical innovation through rigorous prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
