We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of Agentic AI ecosystems—autonomous systems capable of complex reasoning, planning, and self-correcting workflows.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering. You will architect the infrastructure that powers self-sufficient AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with sophisticated tool-use capabilities and memory systems. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Design and implement advanced orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) to manage complex AI workflows.
- Build robust evaluation pipelines and testing environments to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic AI solutions into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying and prototyping emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years dedicated to Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience in building production-grade AI applications.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search technologies.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
