Job Description
We are Aetherial Innovations, a pioneer in next-generation temporal intelligence. We are currently assembling the elite team for Project 2026, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at revolutionizing autonomous decision-making systems for the post-scarcity economy. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design of our core neural frameworks.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect the cognitive layer of the future. You will work at the intersection of quantum computing and generative AI, building systems that learn, adapt, and evolve in real-time. If you are passionate about the bleeding edge of technology and want to shape the landscape of the year 2026 and beyond, we want to hear from you.
Why Join Project 2026?
- Impact: Work on systems that will redefine global logistics, healthcare, and energy distribution.
- Freedom: Flexible remote-first policy with quarterly retreats in Silicon Valley.
- Equity: Competitive stock options in a Series C funding round.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures for autonomous agents capable of handling complex, multi-variable temporal data streams.
- Oversee the transition of legacy AI models to next-generation generative frameworks, ensuring zero-latency inference.
- Collaborate with quantum algorithm specialists to integrate qubit-based processing units into standard neural networks.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for high-stakes autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and cognitive psychologists.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically with Transformer models and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI deployments in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
