Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Define and implement best practices for data governance, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
