Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for next-gen predictive analytics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists.
- Optimize neural networks specifically for future-proofing against quantum computing threats.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning).
