Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory shifts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to translate tech strategy into actionable business plans
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech ROI and competitive advantage
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic a significant advantage
