Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI agents and autonomous systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the development and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Optimize existing neural networks for high-performance inference and low latency.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for future-proof AI engineering.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and LangChain.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
