The Role
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our AI systems are robust, ethical, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines capable of handling real-time data streams and complex inference tasks.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with product leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities and define technical roadmaps for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- LLM Expertise: Strong experience in fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
