Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-scale inference and training on distributed GPU clusters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and designers to translate research into production-ready products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning and autonomous agents.
- Establish best practices for code quality, MLOps pipelines, and model governance.
- Drive technical strategy and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
