Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives on strategic innovation initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Present foresight insights to investors, partners, and government agencies
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist research team
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and complex systems modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
