Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives, from concept and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune large language models and generative AI features.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to translate complex data insights into intuitive product features.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and data governance to ensure compliance and user trust.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex AI-driven products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Expertise in product roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work setting.
