Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, resilient AI architectures that can handle the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape, specifically targeting 2026 trends in automation.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models and AI integrations that drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions and robust technical roadmaps.
- Ensure Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency in all AI-driven features.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, tune, and improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of our AI models and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and deep familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
