Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable AI and machine learning architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing legacy systems.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concepts (POCs) on emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, edge computing) to determine feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and bottlenecks in the transition to future-state systems and implement mitigation strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, AI strategy, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term technology transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
