Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning models designed for 2026 standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, scalability, and continuous deployment.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI agents into core business workflows.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, including multimodal learning and edge AI.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models that drive measurable business impact.
