Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for high-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to drive product innovation.
- Optimize existing ML infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime and low-latency inference.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to improve performance metrics and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, reproducibility, and MLOps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs), RAG architectures, and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing large, unstructured datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
