Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and hybrid quantum systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize neural network architectures to improve inference speed and accuracy in real-time environments.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of top-tier physicists and data scientists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- System Security: Implement quantum-resistant encryption standards and robust ethical AI guardrails to protect user data.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, conduct load testing, and optimize resource allocation for scalability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and whitepapers to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Strong understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of deep learning principles, transformer models, and quantum mechanics applications in computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment where standards are constantly evolving.
