Responsibilities

- Quantum Integration: Research and prototype hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to enhance computational speed and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine model latency, throughput, and resource utilization across distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or theoretical understanding of quantum mechanics is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
