Responsibilities
- Lead Research Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI models aimed at the 2026 commercial release cycle.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of handling high-frequency data streams in real-time.
- Prototype Innovation: Build and iterate on experimental algorithms, pushing the boundaries of deep learning and natural language processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate theoretical research into market-ready products.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of publications or patentable innovations.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive mathematical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
