Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms that can handle petabytes of data with high efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier international conferences.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research roles within a top-tier tech company, research lab, or academia.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python, and experience with distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or delivering measurable business impact through AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
