Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and implement the long-term AI architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for emerging technologies.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks to maximize performance and minimize latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with global regulations.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Lead the migration and scaling of AI workloads on cloud-native environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLops tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
