Quantum Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Strategy Architect to lead our next-generation intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will shape the core infrastructure of our products, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of artificial general intelligence and human-computer interaction. You will be instrumental in defining the roadmap that positions Quantum Horizon as a market leader in the future of technology.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Spatial Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Lead the design of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders with clarity and vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and managing high-stakes strategic projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch at an architectural level.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
