Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for AI integration across all company products, specifically focusing on the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of a robust technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech ecosystem to identify emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing trends) and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or strategic technology roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and cloud architecture.
