Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, aligning AI development with long-term business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Neural Network Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) and integrate them into our core stack proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Research & Development: Publish white papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish industry leadership in AI architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role within high-scale AI environments.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Quantum Savvy: Familiarity with quantum algorithms and quantum hardware integration is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
