Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the architectural strategy and technical requirements for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures that can handle high-volume data loads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with product managers to bridge the gap between vision and execution.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic planning.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
