Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 product release, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Hardware Engineering) to integrate novel algorithms into production systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in complex, multi-system integrations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with 7+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and machine learning pipelines at scale.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and their application to optimization problems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
