Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all technical tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hardware and software installations.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and IT policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a help desk environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
