- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and update IT ticketing systems to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
