Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- API Development: Design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to facilitate seamless data communication.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and high availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure fast load times and reliability.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure software stability and reduce bugs in production.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Expertise: Strong understanding of server-side logic, RESTful services, and database management systems.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
