Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
