Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and SEO to maximize user acquisition.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices for security and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of software design patterns.
