Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Architect and build high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring seamless user experiences and high system uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript libraries (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side languages.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards team success.
