Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the department.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work both on-site in Phoenix, AZ and remotely in Virginia.
