Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and development of scalable AI architectures for our 2026 predictive modeling suite.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop and optimize algorithms that forecast market trends and temporal data patterns with high precision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers and software engineers to integrate emerging technologies into our core product stack.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure seamless compatibility with future frameworks.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines to ensure our systems remain transparent, unbiased, and aligned with human values.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to future-proof our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and quantum software development kits (QDKs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
