Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for the development lifecycle.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Edge AI, 6G) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of microservices and ensure system reliability and fault tolerance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects and mentoring technical teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and working with vector databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
