Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends (e.g., AGI, Neuro-interfaces) and integrating them into our product lifecycle.
- System Design: Lead the architectural design of distributed, high-availability systems capable of handling next-generation data volumes and latency requirements.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for experimental technologies, validating feasibility before full-scale implementation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols to ensure system integrity and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure), microservices, and high-performance computing.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, edge computing, or blockchain technologies.
- Coding Skills: Expert-level proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
