Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight roadmaps for enterprise innovation and market positioning
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage a portfolio of experimental R&D projects focused on human-AI symbiosis
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists and research analysts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with global futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
