- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to translate foresight into strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Oversee the development of Horizon's proprietary Trend Impact Assessment framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
