Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for C-suite executives
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and track industry evolution metrics
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS)
- Published research in futurism or innovation journals
