You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Silicon Valley's most disruptive companies to build roadmaps that define the next decade of human progress.
Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, translates complex systems into actionable insights, and has a proven track record of turning futuristic concepts into market-ready innovations. You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and designers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published at Davos and MIT Tech Review
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for prototyping emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles at top tech or consulting firms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI alignment
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of implemented future-back innovation projects
- Professional certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFTR)
