Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design strategic scenarios for organizational resilience in rapidly evolving landscapes
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
