Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-tech R&D
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefings predicting industry disruptions through 2030
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental technologies with 24-month ROI horizons
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and future-proof methodologies
- Present at global forums (Web Summit, CES) on emerging tech commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Futures Design
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
