Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives to build adaptive strategies for emerging futures
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models informing multi-year R&D roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and industry specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer foresight methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists while advancing the practice through thought leadership and published research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or influential industry impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
