Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy by analyzing technological, social, and economic megatrends

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive organizational culture shift towards adaptive innovation through workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles within tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
