Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario planning for global megatrends including climate adaptation and post-human evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' synthesifying disruptive forces and market inflection points
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist incubator team
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Present visionary roadshows to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published author or thought leader in exponential technologies or human augmentation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: neurotech, synthetic biology, or decentralized governance
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
