Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and roadmaps for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate hypotheses
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience developing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
