- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive strategies
- Author cutting-edge whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier journals
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists while maintaining thought leadership credentials
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions for emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic foresight programs
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
