Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 technology foresight strategy, including emerging tech roadmaps and adoption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, quantum computing, and neurotech teams
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic research institutions and venture capital firms
- Design and launch futuristic product prototypes with minimum viable features
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technology trends
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or neurotech integration
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to enterprise-wide adoption
