Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy, integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional futurist workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy bodies
- Represent Innovatech at global forums on technology ethics and sustainable innovation
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-leading strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, biotech commercialization, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, MBA, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
