Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026
- Develop actionable scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption, climate resilience, and neurotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to embed futurist principles into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Curate exclusive 'Future Forward' symposia featuring global thought leaders
- Author annual '2026 State of the Future' report distributed to Fortune 500 CEOs
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-focused white papers
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
